How your request becomes a journey

Four steps to a useful request

Enter the trip, select a vehicle, add passenger details and review the complete request. You receive a ZTD reference when the request is saved. Our team then reviews availability and confirms the fare, vehicle and arrangements in writing.

Bring the details together

Use full addresses and local travel dates and times. Add the flight number for an airport arrival, a reachable contact and the complete passenger and luggage list. Tell us about child seats, pet carriers, mobility requirements, skis and other oversized equipment before confirmation.

Understand the fare

Zurich Airport or Zurich city ↔ Davos fares are per vehicle and per one-way trip. Child seats cost CHF 15 each per booking. A booked return pickup from 00:00 to 05:59 Europe/Zurich adds 20% to the return fare only. Hourly assignments have an eight-hour minimum. See the full tariff for other routes.

Confirmation, payment and changes

The request form does not collect a card payment. Any deposit, payment method, waiting conditions and amendment or cancellation terms are agreed in the written offer. If your itinerary changes, contact the team with your ZTD reference.

Keep your records

Guest requests are available on the browser that created them. Customer accounts show their own requests and available invoice records. Keep the reference when contacting the team.
