Who handles your request

Airportcab / AirportXpress GmbH, Blumenfeldstrasse 1, 8046 Zürich, Switzerland, uses information submitted through Zurich to Davos to review, arrange and administer journeys. Contact info@zuerichairporttaxi.ch for privacy enquiries.

Journey and contact details

A request may include names, email and phone, addresses, flight details, travel times, passenger counts, luggage and relevant requirements. Do not send passport numbers, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.

Website storage

Guest session cookies and customer accounts control access to saved requests. If you choose to remember your contact details, they are stored locally in your browser. The website stores the information needed to handle requests and maintain its records.

Service providers

Hosting and email providers process the relevant website and notification data. Opening chat loads Tidio, which processes chat and connection information. WhatsApp opens an external service. Where configured, mapping services process addresses needed to identify places and calculate road routes. Their own privacy notices also apply.

Access and recordkeeping

Authorized staff use the records for service administration. Necessary journey information may be shared with the assigned transport provider. We retain information needed for operations and recordkeeping and review access, correction and removal requests subject to applicable obligations.
