A traveller can land at Zurich Airport, attend a business meeting nearby and continue to Davos afterwards. The important distinction is that the onward car begins after the meeting, not when the inbound flight lands.

Identify the meeting location precisely

Zurich Airport lists the Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport Convention Center in The Circle’s public area. If your meeting is there, obtain the organiser’s room and arrival instructions. If it is somewhere else, record that actual address rather than using The Circle as a general label. Confirm how the traveller will get from arrivals to the meeting and what happens to their luggage during the session; the onward car does not provide automatic storage.

Separate flight recovery from meeting attendance

Allow for the passenger to complete the airport arrival process before expecting them at the business meeting. If the flight is delayed, the meeting host decides whether the session can be shortened or moved. Give the transport team the inbound flight as useful background, but explain that the requested pickup follows a separate appointment. This avoids a car being planned around airport readiness when the passenger intends to remain for several hours.

Make the collection location usable

Ask the venue contact where the passenger should meet a prearranged car and pass that point to the transport team for agreement. Do not tell the traveller to return to the original arrivals meeting point unless that is the confirmed plan. Include time to collect coats, retrieve stored cases and leave the room. If the meeting end is uncertain, discuss available options rather than turning an estimated finish into a promise of immediate readiness.

Quote the actual onward leg

Supply the exact pickup address, Davos destination, passenger count and luggage when requesting the price. Standard Zurich Airport or Zurich city–Davos fares apply only to the confirmed route scope; added movements and other origins need quotation. If the car is expected to remain assigned around several appointments, hourly service has an eight-hour minimum. Obtain written confirmation that describes this as the agreed venue pickup, and keep the host informed of the traveller’s planned departure so the discussion can close in time.

Questions about this journey

Is the pickup tied to my landing time if I have a meeting first?

Explain the meeting and request the later venue collection explicitly.

Can my luggage stay in the car during the meeting?

Only if that arrangement is requested and accepted; it is not part of an ordinary later pickup.

Where should I meet the driver after The Circle appointment?

Use a collection point agreed between the venue, traveller and transport team.
